HUNTINGTON PARTNERS
our vision
An established boutique firm specializing in independent strategic advisory and private equity, Huntington Partners LLP is focused on mergers, acquisitions and divestments in the (re)insurance industry.
With offices in Singapore and associates throughout Asia and Europe, our aim is to provide unbiased and creative solutions to a limited number of global and regional clients in Asia-Pacific and Europe as well as fund viable insurance and reinsurance niche opportunities.
We believe every business has its own unique culture that embodies its values and the way it approaches transactions. Huntington is differentiated by its single-minded focus on its Clients’ strategic needs. Since we do not underwrite trade securities or provide investment research, we will creatively explore limitless solutions for our Clients to accomplish their strategic goals.
Our Approach
Our firm thrives on complexity and is recognized by our clients for original, creative thinking, and an ability to deal with the most difficult, multifaceted transactions.
We approach every transaction with a fresh outlook taking into account key stakeholders’ aspirations and objectives. Our strength is our strong degree of persistence to see through difficult transactions for our clients until completion. Further, we utilize our wealth of knowledge and experience to determine if the transaction is in the best interest of our stakeholders, otherwise, we would not hesitate to withdraw from the deal.
Huntington’s ultimate goal is to secure long-term relationships by creating solutions that consistently capture the greatest value for all our stakeholders.
